Group hypnotherapy is a powerful tool for wellbeing but is not suitable for everyone. By attending, you agree to the terms below.

Health & Eligibility: You must not attend if you have epilepsy, psychosis, schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, or are currently experiencing hallucinations, delusions, or a mental health crisis. Hypnotherapy is also unsuitable if you are under the influence of alcohol, recreational drugs, or strong sedatives. If pregnant or managing a medical condition, consult your GP before attending.

You agree to disclose any relevant health issues in advance and take full responsibility for your own mental and physical wellbeing before, during, and after the session.

Participation: Workshops are pre-paid and spaces limited. Participation is voluntary—you may withdraw at any time. Hypnotherapy is a collaborative process: results vary and no specific outcomes are guaranteed.

Respectful conduct is expected. Please arrive on time, silence your phone, and avoid disruptive behaviour. Group sharing is optional and should remain confidential, but we cannot guarantee others’ discretion. Only share what you are comfortable disclosing.

Therapeutic Scope: Group hypnotherapy is not a replacement for medical treatment or individual therapy. If personal issues arise, a private session may be recommended.

Data & Consent: Basic health and contact details are collected for safety and managed under GDPR. By attending, you confirm you have read this policy, provided accurate information, and consent to take part in group hypnotherapy under these terms.
