If you’ve had pain for more than 12 weeks, yet your injury has healed or no structural cause is found, your ‘protective pain alarm' may be stuck on high alert.
This happens to millions living with Mind-Body Conditions where real physical symptoms come from changes in how the brain and nervous system process pain.
I am a certified OldPain2Go™ practitioner and in this workshop I use this proven technique, combining logic and neuroscience to help your conscious and subconscious mind recognise that you are safe.
This allows the protective pain alarm to switch off, easing your pain and helping restore balance, so your body can heal and you can live more freely.

In this workshop and group hypnotherapy session you will:

This workshop is an holistic mind-body approach to pain. It is not a medical treatment.
You must fulfil the chronic pain mind-body criteria if you are to benefit from the therapy techniques.
